We were there for my daughter’s birthday. The food and service was exceptional! Kese was so cheerful and checked on us if we needed anything. Special thanks to him! Loved the food and dessert—the mini butter cake flight—is something my girls would want to go back for!!

Wow...haven't been here in a few years. Always loved their food but the last time I was here it had declined. Not so now. VASTLY IMPROVED!! Smelled terrible before but NOW its clean, upgraded environment, upgraded menu. Super lunch options until 4pm and then awesome Happy Hour options until 6. Food was DELICIOUS and fresh. Service was friendly. Izzy took care of us. Kid's meals are a little pricey but worth it. Highly recommend.

My family and I visited California Pizza Kitchen for an early dinner around 4:30 PM. We were a group of four adults and one child. When we arrived, the receptionist told us they couldn’t seat us for 10–15 minutes because the staff was changing shifts and the new team needed time to settle in. We understood the situation and were happy to wait. However, while we were waiting, we noticed several other families without reservations being seated almost immediately, even though we had arrived earlier. The restaurant was only about half full, and there appeared to be plenty of available tables. No one explained why those parties were accommodated ahead of us or provided any update on our wait. After nearly 20 minutes, there was still no indication that we would be seated. The lack of communication and the way we were treated left us feeling singled out. Based on our experience, it was difficult not to wonder whether our ethnicity played a role in how we were treated. Whether or not that was the case, the experience made us feel unwelcome and disappointed. Customer service is about treating every guest fairly and communicating respectfully. I had a very disappointing experience at California Pizza Kitchen in Alpharetta. The food was served undercooked and did not meet basic quality expectations. parts of the dish appeared poorly prepared and not fully cooked, making it unappetizing and concerning from a food safety standpoint. I expected much better quality control and attention to detail. The meal was not enjoyable, and I left feeling dissatisfied. Management should focus on ensuring food is properly cooked before it reaches customers. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this location.

Below mediocre food, worst margarita pizza, staff is chatting and roaming around in circles just to prove they are woking, like owner, see the recording, the beard guy is just roaming here and there for nothing! In short, please avoid it! And salad was the only thing which was edible! Oh and the guy who ll make your cocktail, wow! You ll be surprised they can screw up a simple drink! And atmosphere is sad!
